Before your results are available, the laboratory must individually activate a separate transmission to us. Additionally, leading security technology and procedures are used, and our systems and processes are regularly audited by respected security specialists.

How long will it take to get my test results?
New results received from your laboratory are processed every 10 minutes and are immediately available to you. The release of any or all laboratory results to your patients rests solely upon your discretion.

Does Labtest.com offer advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions for medical conditions to your patients?
No. Labtest.com offers patients only "released" medical laboratory results, information and news. All guests are encouraged to consult regularly with their physicians and other health care professionals of their selection.

How do I "release" medical laboratory results to my patients ?
Results are released in two ways. First, you may define autorelease criteria, that will automatically perform certain downloads of normal results to patients. Second, upon receipt of each new laboratory accession you may individually release results to your patients.

How do my patient access their laboratory results ?
Only "released" results are available to patients. A patient must obtain their unique random Labtest ID from you.
